My Review of "Brink’s Body Building e-book"
Until you learn to eat right, take the right
supplements, ignore the bad ones, know exactly how to train etc, you will
have a very hard time building lean muscle.
I am constantly reading and learning about the best
ways to build lean muscle mass. Education is probably one of the best things
you can do to help yourself get the edge when working out in the gym. That
is why I buy tons of books and training guides, and it’s why you should too
if you are serious about fitness.
While doing my normal internet searches for the latest
muscle building news, I came across an interesting e-book (basically a book
that your can read on your computer). The ebook was called "Body Building
Revealed" and was written by a man by the name of Will Brink. I had heard of
Will before in the muscle building industry and I knew he was a straight
shooting, "tell it like it is" kind of guy.
In fact, Will is a sports nutrition and
supplementation expert, not some lazy slob sitting in his basement writing
"muscle building" guides. Some of Will’s clients include famous athletes and
even SWAT team and Navy Seal special operation teams! When Will talks about
building muscle, I listen. Plain and simple.
Needless to say, I was on the edge of my seat while
reading this guide. The "lean muscle building diet" plan that is spelled out
step by step was worth the price of the book by itself. This is the same
plan used by professional athletes throughout the world. The only difference
is, you don’t have to pay thousands of dollars for this plan like the
athletes do.
In the second part of the book, Will talks about
bodybuilding supplements. I have to admit, I was completely shocked at what
he revealed. Thanks to Will, I will save thousands of dollars this year by
not wasting money on supplements that flat out don’t work. (Will does
explain which ones DO WORK, so that is something you won’t want to miss, in
the book are over 50 fully referenced body building supplement reviews, it’s
pretty amazing to be honest)
The third part of the e-book looks at weight training,
he has a chapter designed for beginners to intermediates then as if that was
not enough a huge addition from master trainer Charles Poliquin for the more
advanced trainee.
To be honest it would take me pages to do justice to
this e-book, there are over 640 pages in it, he goes to to explain in
further chapters about the correct way to do cardio to retain lean muscle
mass, then there’s a huge chapter on motivation and goal setting, honestly
this thing is like a body building bible.
Last time I checked, Will was offering a special on
his web site. He was giving away free memberships to his "Inner Ring", which
is basically free support and consulting with Will and a bunch of other
great freebies. If he is still offering this bonus, then you should signup
right away before he stops giving it away.
I can’t recommend Will Brink’s "Body Building
Revealed"e- book highly enough.

the the most complete, comprehensive and easy to understand information
published to date on "how to achieve lean muscle gains". (It has even been
described by bodybuilding legend Lee Labrada as a "must read").
The author, Will Brink, is a genuine sports nutrition
and supplementation expert, with all the credentials to prove it - not just
another of the many "self acclaimed experts" that seem to appear everywhere
on the Internet these days. (This fact in itself makes Body Building
Revealed worthy of further investigation!)
The fact is that anyone who’s been working out for any
length of time knows that your efforts in the gym will largely go un
rewarded if you don’t eat and train correctly.
In fact many experts say that if you’re trying to

How much money have you wasted on false promises made by weight loss
and diet supplement companies? I’ve spent so much money, it’s
embarrassing to talk about.
You’ve seen all the infomercial’s on late night TV showing how

sleep at night!

covers all the supplement information you could ever need, including
a supplement scoreboard with an "at a glance" view of what works and
what doesn’t. He also has a private forum you gain access to with

The second chapter is an in depth fat loss diet, that he has
passed on to high paying clients who need to really get in shape. He
gives you his basic but effective fat loss diet but also explains
all the advanced fat loss techniques such as carb cycling, re
feeding, and such like, if it’s not in this e-book, then you don’t
need it, I’ve never seen such an in depth look at all the advanced
dieting techniques on offer, he really knows his stuff.
Then there’s a chapter on resistance training, he has workouts
for beginners right up to very advanced trainees. The e-book even
has free weight workouts for people who can’t get to a gym, it all
includes photographs and you can even watch videos of the exercises
in his members area which you get free access to when you purchase
Fat Loss Revealed.
Then there’s more interesting information on motivation, and how
to really stick to your program, which is so important for long term
success. Advanced cardio techniques for really stripping off
resistant fat are also included in the cardio chapter.
There is so much invaluable knowledge in this manual, I can’t
really do it justice here. You will have to check it out for
yourself to truly understand how impressive this program is.
Will was having a special a couple days ago where he was giving
away 12 months access to his Fat Loss Revealed members area, it’s
amazing. A huge private online area, where you can get one on one
support from the author and from personal trainers .
They also have pre-made diets you can download which match the
Fat Loss Revealed diet program, they have a really good Diet planner
as well which lets you keep track of all your food, make recipes,
even see a graphical presentation of your progress.
Quite simply there is way to much for me to explain here, but
it’s really quite something special in comparison to the usual
rubbish out there, I can’t honestly understand why it’s so
affordable, it’s more of a complete fat loss system than just an
e-book, it’s outstanding value, I’ve already picked up so much
valuable information from the members area.

If you take a closer look at your obese neighbors, that is, if you have watched
them grow from children into teenagers and finally adults, you would find that
many of them didn’t become obese adults overnight. Most probably they were
eating junk and processed foods since their childhood.
Those habits followed them when they grew into the puberty stage. Today, as
adults, they would probably like to kick off their bad habits and lose weight,
but since they have never followed healthy eating habits as children, they now
find it difficult to adopt them!
As you can understand, if we can put a rein on childhood obesity and teenage
obesity, much of the present day’s obesity problem could be solved! A lot of it

kids are interested in one of these sports, and since all of them are good for
weight loss, it doesn’t matter which sport he picks up for himself!
2) Swimming and dancing: Many kids take interest in these activities. They are
good choices since they keep your kids healthy, both physically and mentally.

2) They are much more tempted to try out restaurant foods than their pre-teen

them pocket money or they make money by dong part time jobs. So, when they have
money to spend, they usually spend it on junk foods because they are tasty and
yummy.

college. I still remember how every time my friend had soft drinks at the
college canteen, I would inevitably buy one for myself, even though I had no
intention of buying it when I ventured out of home!
3) They hardly exercise. Again, their parents have got a big role to play here.
If a kid is not taught the benefits of exercises, or if parents allow them to
watch video games for hours instead of encouraging them to participate in
outdoor sports, the situation could only get worse as they grow into

There are indeed very few schools which make outdoors sports and other such

It would have been good if the present American lifestyle and education system

In short, with home cooked meals, you could exercise lot of flexibility and
control over what goes into your mouth. In contrast, with restaurant foods, you

‘low-calorie’ foods, they would harm you as well! Think about it: you know how
much calorie you need per day, but the restaurant doesn’t!

The weight loss industry is rife with fads, and every other
day, I see a new fad
coming up. Even more surprising than the rapid innovation of
fads is how easily
the common people are accepting these fads without thinking
twice abut possible
repercussions. People hope to lose weight quickly with the
help of these fad
products, but if you ask me, I never believe in fads, and
never will! In this
article I will tell you about the latest weight loss fad
called HCG (Human
Chorionic Gonadotropin) and how far it can help you lose
weight.
To start with, if you are wondering that HCG is
just another drug, you are dead
wrong! It is just a hormone which is already present in the
human body. The
hormone is found in abundance in the body of pregnant women.
This is the reason
why any woman who tests positive for it is confirmed to be
pregnant.
People didn’t know about the benefits of HCG on
overweight people until a
notorious author called Kevin Trudeau came up with a book
that claimed that HCG
can indeed help people lose weight. For those who don’t
know, Kevin Trudeau has
already spent a considerable amount of time in jail for
several violations of
FTC guidelines. While Kevin Trudeau claims that HCG is a
miraculous hormone that
can help people lose weight quicker than any other weight
loss supplement, there
is no medical or scientific evidence that backs up this
claim. Not even the
manufacturers who produce a synthesized version of this
hormone claim that it is
beneficial for obese people. It is only a handful of doctors
and experts who are
claiming that they have proof of its effectiveness on
overweight people.
For almost forty years, several tests and studies were
done on HCG to prove the
validity of these claims. A lot of research was done
regarding the effectiveness
of HCG on overweight people. No study or research done till
date has been able
to prove that HCG indeed helps one lose weight. So how can
the doctors claim the
opposite?
Well, in case you don’t know, if you opt for HCG
treatment, doctors will also
ask you to follow a low calorie diet. So whether it is the
low calorie diet or
the HCG hormone that is helping people to lose weight is not
clear.
Last but not the least, HCG has been banned in the US long
time ago. If you want
to purchase synthetic HCG, you will need to purchase it
either from the black
market or import it from another country, both of which can
prove very costly
for you!
If you take my advice, I would recommend that until the
effectiveness of HCG is
fully proved, you should just follow the old method of
healthy food plan and
exercises. Health food plan doesn’t mean that you will have
to diet; just eat
lost of raw vegetables and fruits, and drink lots of water,
and make sure that
you avoid the fatty and junk foods as much as possible! This

lose weight by controlling the number of calories you
consume

reason, one fact cannot be denied: if you control your
calorie intake properly,

you consume 3500

you can’t just cut down your calorie intake by 3500 a day –
if you do you’ll
mess up your body’s natural balance. What you need to do is
lower your calorie
intake by 500 calories a day, which will make a total
deficit of 3500 calories
over a seven day period. Before you do that, though, you’ll
need to know your
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). This number sums up how many
calories your body
needs per day to maintain its weight. Once you’ve calculated
it, you can then go
ahead and eat 500 calories less than that number per day.

Okay, so now you’ve got your BMR. Let’s say it’s 2100
calories. You now know
that if you want to lose 1 lb of fat a week you need to eat
1600 calories a day
and no more. If you do that, you WILL lose 1 lb a week –
it’s inevitable. To
make sure you eat the correct number of calories, you need
to look at the food
labels on the things you eat. Of course, it’s also
recommended that you get your
1600 calories, or however many it is you personally need,
through healthy foods
containing healthy fats such as Omegas 3, 6 and 9 – and not
by going to a fast
food place and only eating a small burger meal. Stay away
from saturated fats as
much as possible.
So, you’ve lowered your calorie intake by 500 calories a
day – that’s a
guaranteed loss of 1 lb a week. But what if you want to lose
more than that? In
that case, you can do one of three things. You can either
lower your calorie
intake a little more (while ensuring you get all your
required vitamins,
minerals, fats, protein, fibre and carbohydrates from your
food and drink), you
can stick to eating 500 less and incorporate some extra
exercise into your
weekly schedule, or you can do both by lowering your calorie
intake a little
more (say, 700 less than your BMR) and doing exercise. This
final option is the
one I recommend most. By doing regular exercise, you help
make sure your body is
always burning fat and not muscle, which is clearly a good
thing. Exercise also
gets and keeps your metabolism up, which helps your body
burn up the fat you
want to lose. So, what about losing 2.5 lbs a week? How
could one go about doing
that? It would mean you’d lose 10 lbs a month, which is
pretty impressive. In 6
months you’d be 60 lbs down! You might not even want to lose
that much!
To lose 2.5 lbs a week, you could first cut your calorie
intake to 700 lower
than your BMR. So, if your BMR is 2100, you’d eat 1400 a
day. That equals a fat
loss of a pound and a half straight away. Next, you’d do
enough exercise in the
week to burn the remaining 3500 calories needed to make up a
total weekly weight
loss of 2.5 lbs. To burn 3500 calories a week through
exercise isn’t as hard is
might sound. The key is exercising often, intensely and
using different kinds of
exercise throughout the week. Here’s an example.
Monday: Swimming, 1 hour. Calories Burned: 800.
Wednesday: Badminton, 1 hour. Calories Burned: 1000
Thursday: House work (hoovering and ironing), 2 hours.
Calories Burned: 270
Friday: Weight training, 1 hour. Jogging, 1 hour.
Calories Burned: 900
Saturday: Yoga, 1 hour. Calories Burned: 200
The remaining 200 or so calories would be made up by
day-to-day activities,
like walking, climbing the stairs, etc. Of course, you don’t
need to do as much
exercise as just outlined. You’ll simply increase your rate
of weight loss if
you do.
The key point is calorie control: get it right and you’ll
lose weight – it’s
as simple as that!

weights whenever you can. Stick to performing low reps with
a lot of weight to
bulk up without getting too ‘cut’.
Lastly, sleep as soundly and for as long as you can every

things you’re

If, after a few weeks, you see your weight gain stop or
severely slow down,
up your calorie intake further – but still keep your diet

So you think that milk is good for your body? If yes then
you really need to
